Jasmin Childcare & Preschool is a fully-licensed, non-profit childcare facility in Fargo for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. While their day program (from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) is available for ages 6 weeks to 12 years, they also offer evening (from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.) and overnight shifts (available from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. for a maximum of 10 hours) for parents of 3-12 year olds looking for childcare hours to accommodate their unique work schedules.

Although they started as an LLC in 2015, Jasmin Childcare quickly realized the need in the community to support parents in other ways. This includes connecting with the public school systems, providing resources and tools within the community, and helping parents navigate the learning and development of their children.
They transitioned to a 501(c)3 non-profit in 2020, to better serve their community.

Play-Based
Jasmin Childcare is all about PLAY! There is lots of hands-on learning, from visits from local professionals in the community to crafts and field trips. Play is at the heart of all they do, from messy play, pretend play, outdoor play (in all seasons!), and more.
Overnight & Evening Care
If you are a parent looking for childcare during “non-traditional hours,” Jasmin Childcare can accommodate your schedule!
Evening and overnight care is available for ages 3-12. Their evening care occurs between 3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. and their overnight care can occur between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Wondering what evening/overnight care looks like? Children will eat at around 6:00 p.m. and depending on age, lay down for the night around 7:30 or 8:00 p.m. They also provide some enriching learning activities for the younger children, and offer board games, art activities, and science activities for older children.
The sleep area uses cots, and children will be encouraged to bring blankets, pillows, stuffies and anything else required to sleep.
Daytime Program
For those looking for more traditional hours, Jasmin Childcare & Preschool also has openings in their daytime program (7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.). This childcare program is open to ages 6 weeks to 12 years old, with part-time morning options available for their preschool program (ages 3-5 years). Before and afterschool care is available for school-age children, as well as full-day care during school breaks and summer.
Childcare Assistance Accepted
Jasmin Childcare serves all families, regardless of their income. Both North Dakota and Minnesota Childcare Assistance is accepted, and income level is a consideration when you enroll your child.
