Where to See Santa in Fargo
Santa’s Whimsical Wonderland (My Santa Magic)
Dates: November 8 – 11, November 16 & 17, November 23, 24 & 27, then November 29 – December 24, hours vary
Location: West Acres Mall
Be transported to the North Pole with two whimsical setting choices for photos with Santa. For more information and tickets see the Santa Magic website.
Santa at Holiday Lights at the Fairgrounds
Dates: Friday-Sunday only from November 29th – December 29th, plus December 23rd and December 31st.
Location: Holiday Lights at the Fairgrounds (Red River Valley Fairgrounds)
Come see the holiday lights display and take a photo with Santa! Santa will be available for photos select days during the holiday lights (but you must use your own camera). $10 per ticket.
Christkindlmarkt
Dates: November 24 & November 30, 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Location: Fargo Civic Center
Cookies with the Claus Family
Date: November 29, 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Location: Fargodome
Cookies with the Claus Family, presented by Fraser, Ltd., is back! Join in the afternoon of entertainment and fun at this free holiday event. There will be bouncy houses, sleigh rides, cookie decorating, a holiday craft, entertainment, and more!
Santa Village
Dates: November 30 – December 1, December 7 – 8, December 13 – 15, December 19 – 22 (hours vary)
Location: Rheault Farm
Celebrate the holiday season with Mr. and Mrs. Claus at this free event. Participate this Season of Giving by bringing donations of canned goods, cash, and gently used or new toys for local organizations. Remember to dress warm and bring your camera!
Kingpinz Santa + Brunch
Dates: December 1, 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. ; December 22 & 24, 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Santa loves our Kingpinz Royalty Throne almost as much as cookies and milk! He’s jolly, he’s merry, and he’s making THREE stops at Kingpinz! Don’t forget to bring your list—and your camera!
Storytime & Craft + Pictures with Santa
Date: December 3, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Location: Moorhead Public Library
Help your child develop exceptional reading skills by bringing them to Storytime. Afterward, kids can create simple crafts to take home and take pictures with Santa. Today we’re talking about winter.
Join us for Storytime and a craft! Each week, we explore different themes with stories, songs, rhymes, flannel boards, and more! Today we’re talking about winter! Storytime typically lasts for an hour and is geared for children ages 3-6, although children of all ages are welcome to join the fun. Craft supplies are provided free of charge.
Plus, take a picture with Santa! Bring your phones and cameras because Santa will be available after Storytime for free pictures starting at 7 p.m.
Sensory-Friendly Santa Night

Skate with Santa

Light Up the Night

Jingle Bell Run
Date: December 7, 8:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Come join a run/walk to benefit the Arthritis Foundation of North Dakota and meet Santa! Registration opens at 8:00 a.m., run/walk starts at 9:00 a.m., Santa sing-a-long, kids crafts and food at 9:40 a.m.
Meet Santa at Fleet Farm
Date: December 7, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Location: Fleet Farm-Fargo location
Santa Claus is coming to town! Bring the family along and join us at your local Fleet Farm to meet and take a picture with Santa! We’ll have the entire photo op set up, so all you need to bring is your camera and a big smile!

Fargo Theatre (An Interactive Elf Experience)
Date: December 7 at 1:00 p.m. (Santa visits are after the movie screening)

Purchase a prop bag for this interactive screening of Elf! Come early for caroling at 12:30 p.m., and don’t forget to stay after the movie to meet Santa!

Santa Fly-In
Date: Saturday, December 14th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Location: Fargo Air Museum
As the reindeers rest up for the big day at the North Pole, watch Santa fly into Fargo in a helicopter! Get your photo with him to remember the occasion, and help the elves at the workshop by sharing what you would like for Christmas. No pre-registration required. Normal admission applies. FREE for Museum Members.
Santa Shuffle
Date: December 14th from 12:00 – 2:30 p.m.

Tea Time with Mrs. Claus Dance Camp
Date: December 14, 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.
Location: Gasper’s School of Dance
Join Mrs. Claus and a North Pole Elf for a wonderful Tea and Dance Party! Dancers will enjoy hot cocoa or hot apple cider, treats, dancing and more! For ages 3 – 8, all movers and dancers welcome. No need to be a student at Gasper’s School of Dance or have any dance experience to register. Attendees should wear something they can move and dance in. Dressing in festive attire is encouraged! Attendees will have an awesome time with Mrs. Claus as they dance, decorate cookies, craft, and of course have a little tea time. Cost is $30, reserve your spot here.
Skate with Santa
Date: December 15, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Location: The Lights
Santa is coming to The Lights this holiday season! Bring out the whole family and your skates, say hi to Santa, and skate to your favorite Christmas songs! Enjoy free cookies and hot chocolate while supplies last. *Please note that there will NOT be skates available for rental.
Santa at City Hall
Date: December 10, 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Location:Casselton Public Library
The Casselton Public Library and Steve Carvell Photography open an invitation to have your photo taken with Santa on Tuesday, December 10 from 5-7pm. There will be both a scratch ornament station and a coloring table available while you wait. Plus, Santa may have a treat bag for each child. See you there!
SANTA at The Elks!

Autism Family Night is for families with children on the Autism Spectrum that meets once a month to share experiences and build a supportive network together. This month, we will have Santa visiting! Come experience the magic of this holiday season in a sensory friendly environment. USPS Operation Santa
Every year, the Post Offices around the country receive letters sent to Santa from children and families. Letters ask for games and toys, help for loved ones, and for basic necessities. If you or someone you know is in need of help this Christmas, here are some instructions on writing a letter in order to obtain a response.
USPS Operation Santa makes it possible for people to adopt these letters and send gifts and responses in Santa’s place. Click here to adopt a letter.
Package From Santa
Children can receive a personalized package from Santa at the North Pole (for a fee). This box includes letters and treats.
