5 Delicious Fall Drink Recipes

  1. Pumpkin Spice White Russian

Creamy with a perfect spiced finish, this drink is great for after dinner on a cool night.

Servings 2

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Vodka
  • 3 oz Pumpkin Spice Creamer
  • 1.5 oz Kahlua
  • Whipped Cream and Pumpkin Pie Spice for Garnish
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice, 1 tsp sugar, 3 Tbsp crushed graham crackers for rim

Instructions
 

  • Mix ingredients for rim together on shallow plate.
  • Dip each glass rim in water, then dip into graham cracker mixture.
  • Pour vodka, creamer, and Kahlua into ice filled shaker.
  • Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice.

 


2. Apple Cider Bellini

A fun twist on a classic Bellini, this fall drink sparkles with an apple spice twist!

Apple Cider Bellini

Servings 6

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz Apple Cider
  • 2 Tbsp Orange Liqueur
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 bottle Prosecco (chilled)
  • Rosemary Sprigs for Garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine apple cider, orange liqueur and maple syrup in large shaker filled with ice.
  • Pour mixture evenly between 6 champagne flutes and top with Prosecco.
  • Garnish each glass with a sprig of rosemary.

 


3. Apple Cider Hot Toddy

The perfect fall drink to warm yourself by the fire!

Apple Cider Hot Toddy

Servings 1

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Apple Cider
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 oz Bourbon

Instructions
 

  • Combine the apple cider, lemon juice, honey and cinnamon stick in a small sauce pan.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and summer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, stir in bourbon and serve immediately.

 


4. Spiced Apple Cider Pomegranate Moscow Mule

A fun, fall twist on the traditional Moscow Mule.

Servings 2

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Chilled Vodka
  • 2 pinches Cinnamon
  • 4 oz Apple Cider
  • 8 oz Pomegranate Juice/Puree
  • 12 oz Ginger Beer
  • Pomegranate seeds and apple slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill 2 large glasses with ice, add pomegranate seeds and apple slices.
  • Pour vodka, cinnamon, apple cider and pomegranate juice into ice filled shaker.
  • Strain evenly into glasses and top off with ginger beer.

 


5. Apple Ginger Fizz (Non-Alcoholic)

Apple and ginger pair prefectly for the non-alcoholic fall drink.

Apple Ginger Fizz (Non-Alcoholic)

Servings 8

Ingredients
  

  • 24 oz Apple Cider
  • 8 oz Lime Juice
  • 48 Mint Leaves
  • 8 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar (secret ingredient to replace that alcohol zing that is missing)
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 24 oz Ginger Ale

Instructions
 

  • Place apple cider, lime juice, mint, apple cider vinegar and cinnamon in an ice-filled pitcher and stir.
  • Then fill each ice filled glass and top with ginger ale and stir gently.
  • Garnish with more mint, dried citrus and a cinnamon stick.
