
Back for its 27th year, the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train will be making stops near the Fargo-Moorhead area!

The train will arrive in Detroit Lakes, MN on Tuesday, December 16th at 2:45 p.m. and the show will run from 2:45 – 3:15 p.m at the Holmes Street railway crossing (near the Holmes Community Center).
Then on Wednesday, December 17th, the Holiday Train will reach Hankinson, ND at 6:45 p.m. at the American Legion Parking Lot (122 1st Street, the Main Avenue railway crossing). There are often festive activities to go along with the train stop (some year’s they’ve had cocoa, Santa visit, and food), so check the City of Hankinson Facebook page for more information.
Also on Wednesday, December 17th, it will make a stop in Enderlin, ND at 9:15 p.m. with a show running from 9:15 – 9:45 p.m. at the CPKC Depot (101 Harvest Lane). There will also be a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus and cookies thanks to the local 4-H club! More details here.

The Holiday Train will feature professional musicians playing live music and collecting donations for local food banks.
This event is all about families and communities getting together to celebrate the season and to help those in need.
The shows are free. However, a cash or non-perishable food item donation is recommended.
