Outdoor Music in Fargo & Moorhead

This dual restaurant hosts musicians regularly and is a great patio spot to enjoy a warm summer night. Visit their Facebook page to see all events.

Bluestem Amphitheater

This beautiful outdoor amphitheater in Moorhead is host to some great live music acts this summer. Check out their schedule and ticket options on their website!

Brew Bird

Hosting a patio music series throughout the summer, visit Brew Bird to get grab a bite and enjoy some tunes! See their Facebook page for event dates.

Fargo Blues Festival

Happening August 9 & 10 this year, the annual Fargo Blues Festival is back at Newman Outdoor Field! Listen to live music on the lawn all afternoon and evening, and enjoy the many drink and food vendors there.

First Lutheran Church Summer Concert Series

Get outside with family and friends and hear local musicians and bands for free on Wednesdays beginning in June! Food is available for purchase and proceeds will go to improving the lives of people experiencing homelessness and hunger. See their website for a full schedule of events and artists.

FM Kicks Band Outdoor Concerts

Throughout the summer the FM Kicks Band will host a series of summer park concerts that are free for everyone! Please bring a lawn chair. You can find the schedule on their website.

Happy Harry’s Ribfest

Enjoy live music each night of Ribfest! This year it is June 7 – 10th.

Red River Valley Fair

The fair is back this summer from June 28 – July 14, 2024 with a great line-up of live music! Check their website for a full schedule and ticket information.

RiverArts Free Concert Series

Moorhead Parks and Recreation presents RiverArts five Tuesdays this summer (June 11, June 25, July 9, July 23, & August 6). Enjoy cultural performances, artist-led demonstrations, activities for all ages, inflatables, yard games, a photo station, and more. Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase. See the Moorhead Parks and Recreation website for more information! Please note that concerts alternate between Memorial and Woodlawn Park.

Up District Festival Field

This NEW outdoor music venue opens June 29th! Concerts are already scheduled through September, including Jo Dee Messina, Band of Horses, and more. Please check to see if the ahow is all ages, and children will need a ticket unless otherwise stated.

WE Fest

WE FEST is back this year from August 1 – 3 outside of Detroit Lakes, MN. Please see their website for their current line-up and ticket information.
