Where to See Santa in Fargo 2025
Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcase
Dates: November 8 – 23 (Saturdays & Sundays only), November 26, then Daily November 28 – December 24 (hours vary)
Location: SCHEELS Arena
This is a great kick-off to holiday shopping, PLUS a chance to meet Santa! Santa hours are Friday, November 21 from 1:00 – 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, November 22 from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Admission is Free!
Santa’s Whimsical Wonderland (My Santa Magic)
Dates: November 8 – 23 (Saturdays & Sundays only), November 26, then Daily November 28 – December 24 (hours vary)
Location: West Acres Mall
Be transported to the North Pole with two whimsical setting choices for photos with Santa. For more information and tickets see the Santa Magic website.
Christkindlmarkt

Cookies with the Claus Family, presented by Fraser, Ltd., is back! Join in the afternoon of entertainment and fun at this free holiday event. There will be bouncy houses, sleigh rides, cookie decorating, a holiday craft, entertainment, and more!
Buffalo River Festival of Lights
Dates: November 28-30, December 5-7, December 12-14, December 19-21 & December 26-28
Location: Buffalo River
Walk through the lights and displays along the river! Santa Clause included 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. nightly.
Santa Village
Dates: November 29-30, December 6 – 7, December 12 (sensory friendly night), December 13 – 14, December 18-19, December 20-21 (hours vary)
Location: Rheault Farm
Celebrate the holiday season with Mr. and Mrs. Claus at this free event. Participate this Season of Giving by bringing donations of canned goods, cash, and gently used or new toys for local organizations. Remember to dress warm and bring your camera!
Breakfast with Santa
Date: Saturday, November 29, 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Location: The 44
Share breakfast and laughter with Santa himself! Enjoy a delicious menu featuring French toast sticks, sausage, and fresh fruit in a festive setting filled with Christmas cheer. Each child will receive a special gift and have the opportunity to visit with Santa after breakfast — no long lines, just smiles and long-lasting memories
Stories with Santa
Date: November 29 & December 19, 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.
Location: West Acres
Join West Acres for Stories with Santa in the Aquarium Court!
Santa will be stopping by to read some of his favorite stories, followed by a fun craft activity afterward.
Santa at Kingpinz
Dates: November 30, & December 14 from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., and December 24 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Location: Kingpinz
Santa is back for 3 visits to Kingpinz! It’s a free event to attend, and brunch is served in Baron’s (for a fee) to make a fun-filled day.
Santa at Casselton City Hall
Date: Monday, December 1, 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Location: Casselton Public Library
The Casselton Public Library and Steve Carvell Photography open an invitation to have your photo taken with Santa on Tuesday, December 10 from 5-7pm. There will be both a craft sticker ornament station and a coloring table available while you wait. Plus, Santa may have a treat bag for each child.
Pictures with Santa
Date: December 2, 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. & December 6, 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.
Location: Moorhead Public Library
Join the Moorhead Library for some holiday cheer and take pictures with Santa, just in time for your holiday cards! Bring your phones and cameras to take your free pictures with Santa and enjoy some light refreshments. Stay after for Tuesday night Storytime which begins at 6:30 p.m.
Holiday Tree Lighting in Dilworth
Date: December 2 at 5:00 p.m.
Location: Whistle Stop Park, Dilworth
Join the Dilworth Parks for a tree lighting ceremony and Santa visit! Other events include carolers from Moorhead High, wagon rides, hot cocoa, cookie decorating, campfires and s’mores, games, and prize giveaways. Event is free to attend!

Grab the family and your camera or phone for this completely free photo booth and meet and greet experience. He’s on a pretty tight schedule, as you might imagine, so plan to get here from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. to hangwith Kris Kringle himself!

Santa Fly-In

As the reindeers rest up for the big day at the North Pole, watch Santa fly into Fargo in a helicopter! Get your photo with him to remember the occasion, and help the elves at the workshop by sharing what you would like for Christmas. No pre-registration required. Normal admission applies. Cotton-Headed Ninny Muggins: An Interactive ELF Experience

Doors for the event are at 1:00pm, and ELF starts at 2:00pm. Santa’s helpers will lead an interactive screening of ELF where audience members can join in the singing, snowball slinging, and other festive fun! Come early at 1:40pm to enjoy the sounds of the season with carolers, then stay after the movie to meet the big guy himself (Santa! I know him!)

Ho Ho Ho… Santa Claus is coming to Fetchers! Please keep in mind…
1. Dogs must be on a short leash at all times.
2. Updated Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella Vaccinations are required. If you are not a current Fetchers client, please bring a physical/photo copy for proof of vaccinations. Anyone is welcome, invite your fellow pups + pawrents! We hope to see you there!
Santa Claus at Dilworth Fire Hall

Santa Claus is coming to Dilworth! Join Santa and the rest of the Dilworth Fire Department. You will have the ability to take your own photo or for a small charge let us take one. Crafts are available to decorate photos taken by Dilworth Fire Women’s Auxiliary.

USPS Operation Santa
Every year, the Post Offices around the country receive letters sent to Santa from children and families. Letters ask for games and toys, help for loved ones, and for basic necessities. If you or someone you know is in need of help this Christmas, here are some instructions on writing a letter in order to obtain a response.
USPS Operation Santa makes it possible for people to adopt these letters and send gifts and responses in Santa’s place. Click here to adopt a letter.

Children can receive a personalized package from Santa at the North Pole (for a fee). This box includes letters and treats.
