Halloween Treat Street @ Downtown West Fargo

Dress in your favorite costume and enjoy trick-or-treating up and down Sheyenne Street as West Fargo Events and the West Fargo Park District team up with local businesses and vendors to celebrate Halloween at the POW/MIA Plaza.
