Otter Cove Children’s Museum
Location: 105 W Lincoln Ave, Fergus Falls, MN 56537
Distance from Fargo: 1 hour
The Otter Cove Children’s Museum offers lots of creative space to play and learn for kids 11 years old and younger.
What to do at Otter Cove:
Burn off energy at the indoor playground.
Pretend to anchor the news on the stage (kids can see themselves onscreen!).
Play in the indoor sandbox with sand toys, building and sifting sand.
Kids can use their imaginations in the miniature downtown Fergus Falls. They can sort and pretend to ring up items at the grocery store, cook in the restaurant, and explore the dentist office, vet’s office, and library.
Why we love Otter Cove:
The art center encourages kids to embrace their inner artist with painting and projects.
The indoor playground has a large slide, monkey bars, and climbing area for physical play.
For imaginative play, there’s a school bus that kids can pretend to drive, phones for calling from shop to shop, and letters to be sorted and delivered to the various shops.
There’s a mini library where kids can read books.
The Otter Cove Children’s Museum is a bright and clean space where kids can play for hours.
