Help your child develop exceptional reading skills by bringing them to Storytime. Each week, we explore different themes with stories, songs, rhymes, flannel boards, special guests and more! Storytime typically lasts for 45 minutes and is geared for children ages 3-6, although children of all ages are welcome to join the fun.

$5 Open Gym- Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm Open to anyone and includes use of the entire gym and all of the equipment. No registration necessary, walk ins always welcome!

Day Time Play Time- Thursdays 9:00-10:00 am Daytime Play Time is for kids under 6 years of age, their adult helper, and siblings. Walk ins welcome! $5 Open Gyms

Join us on Thursday mornings for songs, stories, and action poems for infants through preschoolers and their caregivers. Don't miss this weekly family literacy event! This program runs 30-45 minutes including community with other caregivers and playtime.

Teens and tweens age 10-18 are invited to the Library Lair for snacks, activities and hang out time. The Library Lair happens every Thursday from 5 to 6 p.m.* at the Dr. James Carlson Library.
