Workshop: Carnivorous Gardens

They move, they eat, they look awesome. Everyone can name the Venus Fly Trap, but can everyone keep it alive? Become a gardener who can at our Carnivorous Garden workshop.
Based on information from the book “Savage Garden” by Peter D’Amato and the lived experience of gardeners, we will teach attendees how to grow these intimidating plants successfully. They can be grown as houseplants or in an outdoor bog garden. With the right light, water, and soil, these can be grown big enough to eat you out of house and home!
Included with cost of ticket: planter, peat moss, sphagnum moss, distilled water, and 3 2″ carnivorous plants of your choice.
