Spooky Crafternoon for Kids

Kids of all ages are invited to the library for an afternoon of Halloween-themed crafts. The library will supply all of the materials and instructions. This is a no school day for West Fargo public schools. This event is free and open to the public, but projects are best suited for kids ages 5 to 12.
