Sourdough for Beginners

Sourdough is BACK!
This class will introduce students to everything they will need to get started on a sourdough journey- from working with starter, to shaping and baking artisan loaves, and how to deal with discard. You will walk away with the skills needed along with a dried sourdough starter to revive at home.
