Blackened Walleye

This favorite fish recipe is made even better when paired with fresh-caught walleye, for those with fishing fanatics in the family. The secret to making this walleye extra delicious is to soak your fish in milk for a few hours before cooking. Brush with melted butter, season with your favorite blackened rub, and get grilling. This is a family-favorite in our household (or at the lake!).

3-2-1 Ribs

Nothing feels more like a crowd-pleaser during a backyard barbecue than a delicious rack of ribs. This recipe does call for time in a smoker (3 hours) to enhance the flavor of the ribs, but finishes on the grill with some BBQ glaze. The “3-2-1” method stands for 3 hours on the smoker, 2 hours on the grill, and 1 hour glazed. These are great for Saturdays at the lake or lazy Sundays at home!
