3 Summer Drink Recipes

1. Lavender Breeze

Sweet, refreshing, the perfect amount of lavender flavor makes this summer drink an instant favorite. Try it with you’re favorite vodka, or even leave out the alcohol for a delightful non-alcoholic option.

Lavender Breeze

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Jack's Lavender Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • Splash Ginger Ale
  • Fresh Cranberries and Lime Wedges

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice (except Ginger Ale) and shake.
  • Strain into a wine glass and add a splash of Ginger Ale on top.
  • Garnish with fresh cherries and lime wedge.

2. Blue Hawaiian Cooler

If you want to feel like you’re on a tropical vacation (even if you’re in lakes country Minnesota) try this colorful Blue Hawaiian Cooler! With hints of coconut and pineapple flavor, it’s a perfect summer drink to dig your toes in the sand with.

Blue Hawaiian Cooler

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Light Rum
  • 4 oz Blue Curacao
  • 2 oz Coconut Rum
  • 1/4 cup Real Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 4 cups Ice
  • Fresh Pineapple & Maraschino Cherries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients (except garnish) with ice and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into four hurricane or highball glasses and garnish.

3. Huckleberry Lemonade Margarita

This is our personal favorite, thanks to the simple ingredients and and fun twist on the traditional margarita. We tried ours with non-alcoholic Tequila, and you wouldn’t even know the difference. It’s perfect for slow summer afternoons in the sun!

Huckleberry Lemonade Margarita

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  • Lemon Wedge
  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 1/4 cup Lemonade
  • 1/2 oz Jack's Huckleberry Simple Syrup or Finest Call Huckleberry

Instructions
 

  • On a small plate, stir sugar/salt together and rim each glass with a lemon wedge then dip in mixture.
  • Add all ingredients to a shaker and strain into ice filled glasses.
  • Garnish with a lemon wedge.
