Smokey Bear Visits the Library

“Only YOU can prevent wildfires!” Famous words from a famous bear – Smokey Bear is turning 80! Join us to celebrate Smokey Bear’s birthday at the Main Library on Monday, June 10, at 11AM. The event will feature:
• A storytime featuring Jane Werner Watson’s book “The True Story of Smokey Bear.”
• The Fargo Fire Department will be on hand with impressive firefighting equipment
• The Fargo Fire Department will share important fire safety information in safety in nature and at home
• A special meet & greet with Smokey Bear!

• This event is open to all ages, but is best suited for children ages 3 and older.”
