Plein Air Painting: Flowers & Plants with Watercolor

This class will use the great outdoors as inspiration for painting with watercolors. En plein air is a French expression meaning “in the open air”, and refers to the act of painting outdoors with the subject in plain view. Plein air artists capture the spirit and essence of a landscape or subject by incorporating natural light, color and movement into their works. This heightens the artist’s skills of observation. This class is open to all levels.
