FREE Open Farm Days – Alpaca Farm

Wait, we have an alpaca farm near Fargo? YES!
Located just 30 minutes south of Fargo, Ten Seven Acres is an alpaca farm offering one-of-a-kind experiences with alpacas, horses, chickens, ducks, a mini-horse, and a mini-donkey.
The farm is FREE to visit during our open days. Our Spring 2026 season opens on May 9 for Mother’s Day Weekend.
Activities include:
🦙 Alpaca Nature Walks (Details below)
🐓 Feed the chickens ($1)
🐴 Feed the horses, mini-donkey, and 🦙 alpacas ($2)
🥪 Have a picnic (outside food is allowed)
📝 Free scavenger hunt (every day)
The main areas of the farm are stroller/wheelchair accessible. A portable bathroom and handwashing station are also onsite.
—ALPACA NATURE WALKS—
On the Alpaca Nature Trail, you’ll lead one of our gentle alpacas through our trees and pasture, soak in the peaceful views, and get plenty of fuzzy alpaca nuzzles along the way.

Is the farm free to visit?
Yes! The farm is free to visit on our open days. Certain activities like animal feeding and nature walks do have an additional charge.
Can I bring a picnic?
Yes. Outside food is allowed on the farm. We do have a limited selection of snacks and beverages at the farm, too.
Are pets allowed?
No. For the safety of our animals and our guests, we ask that you leave your feathered/furry/scaly friends at home. Service animals are permitted.
Is there a bathroom onsite?
Yes. We do have a portable bathroom and handwashing station available on site.
Do you take card/tap/cash?
Yes. Our farm store takes all forms of payment.
