Bedazzle Your Own Accessory
The season has begun again and craft club is back!
Add a little sparkle to your life!
Regardless of your artistic abilities, all you need for this craft is a trinket and some fine motor skills. Brush off that item on your desk or in your backpack that’s gathering dust and could use a little more pizzazz, charm, or perhaps even sparkle – we will be bedazzling it! And by that, we mean we’ll be glueing bedazzling beads onto it bit by bit until you have a glittering masterpiece. By the end you’ll be asking yourself, “is that my stapler, or Edward Cullen?”
Glue, tweezers, and beads of all colors will be provided. This event costs $10 to participate.
Here are some ideas of things you can bring to bedazzle:
- Your Airpods case
- A pill container
- A phone case
- Your favorite chapstick
- Spare (or primary) car key fob
- Old work swag
What to Expect:
- Find a spot to park downtown and head to First Avenue Market.
- Make your way to the checkout and say you are here for the bedazzling event and they will help you get your ticket ($10). – And then make your way to the side room and let the fun begin!
- We have the room from 12-4pm, so we will likely spend a few minutes getting set up at the beginning. Feel free to trickle in!
Come alone or invite a friend – you’ll be in good company!
