Baby Play & Tummy Time Group

Ages: 6 weeks – pre crawling

Attend tummy time group with your baby along with Sara, a pediatric Occupational therapist, where she will guide you through a tummy time experience. This group is following the tummy time method which is a therapeutic approach to making tummy time more enjoyable for both parent and baby. This approach aims to support those who may be struggling with tummy time, optimize development, supports – feeding, digestion, sensory processing, attachment and so much more. This group is beneficial to any and all babies!

Sara will be there to guide the group, give resources and suggestions regarding infant development skills as well as answer any questions caregivers may have.  This is also a time where caregivers are able to support one another and build connections!
