Pulled Pork
To make it more of a complete meal, I also usually serve beans and cornbread as side dishes.
- pork shoulder
- salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup water
- buns
- favorite BBQ sauce
Season your pork shoulder with salt and pepper and/or other desired seasonings.
Place in crockpot with 1/3 cup of water. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
When ready, drain the excess water from slow cooker and shred meat.
Place on buns with your favorite BBQ sauce.
