DIY milkshake

No-Ice-Cream-Needed Strawberry Milkshake

Try this summer treat for a feel-good alternative!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Organic Valley Whole Milk
  • 2 Heaping Cups Strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup Organic Valley Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Strawberry Jam
  • 2 scoops Whey Protein (optional to add thickness)
  • Whipped cream (optional - or use the whipping cream above to make your own!)

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the milk, heavy whipping cream, frozen strawberries, strawberry jam, vanilla extract, and optional 2 scoops of Whey Protein Powder. Blend on high, stopping and scraping the sides occasionally, until smooth and creamy (if needed, add more milk to thin).
  2. Serve the milkshake on its own or garnish with whipped cream! Makes two 8-oz. servings
