French Dips

Ingredients
  

  • Chuck Roast
  • onion (amount you desire)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • provolone cheese
  • buns

Method
 

  1. Season chuck roast with salt and pepper (or other seasonings you love) and place in slow cooker.
  2. Pour in beef broth and chopped up onion. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  3. When ready to eat, strain onions out. Put meat, cooked onions and cheese on buns.
  4. Put in oven, if desired, to melt cheese.
