Dark and Stormy
A delicious "island themed" mocktail option.
Ingredients
- 2 oz ISH Carribbean Spiced Spirit
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 4 oz Ginger Beer
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients in a shaker except for the ginger beer.
- Strain into a high ball glass filled with ice and top off with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
