We’ll be making amigurumi succulents while learning stitches\, pattern reading\, and finishing techniques. Previous experience is helpful\, but not required.\n\nFAQs:\n\nWhat in the world is an amigurumi?\n\nAmigurumi are mini stuffed creations\, often characters made as toys. Since these are shelf sitters\, they’ll be weighted in their bases to help them stay sitting.\n\nDo I have to know how to crochet or read a pattern?\n\nNope! I’ll be teaching the basics. If you already know how to crochet and just want to pop in for fun patterns and fellowship\, that’s awesome\, but if it’s the first time you’ve picked up a hook\, this is the place for you.\n\nWhat do I need to bring?\n\nThe desire to learn a new skill and $20. The materials (hook\, yarn\, stuffing\, beans\, and pattern) will be provided.\n\nCan I really make a whole project in 3 hours?\n\nProbably. These shelf sitters are small\, and the techniques are pretty basic. If you don’t finish before the end of class\, you’ll be able to take the materials in a doggy bag to finish at home.\n\nAre kids welcome?\n\nOf course. SUMMARY:FBA Preschool Playdate
DESCRIPTION:Bounce. Scoot. Throw. Run. Play. \n\n\nJoin the fun at our open play events for toddlers. We’ll blow up the bounce houses\, roll out the scooters and set out the sports equipment (including our mini hoop!) to create a fun\, active morning.  No pre-registration is required; drop in on a day that works for you.  You and your child will have the full 60 minutes to be on the move and play in the gym. At the end of the session\, we will close with a short group activity and goodbye song. \n\nAges: Open to new walkers up to age 4. (Parents must remain in the gym to supervise.)\nSingle Visit Cost: $7 per child paid at the door\n10-Visit Pass: $70 (No expiration)\nMaximum Capacity: We will cap our playdate at 40 children. \nAdditional Details: Participants (including adults) will need DRY shoes or socks to be in the gym. You will also need a pair of socks for the bounce houses.
